1. Drill hole same size diameter as Maxi-Stud thru fixture.

2. Tap Maxi-Stud into hole.

l Cut installation time: Drive it and you’re done. No setting or torquing required. l Cut drill bit inventory: Requires NO SPECIAL DRILL BITS. Installs in standard sized holes. l Cut down on tools: Just a socket or impact wrench is all you need for installation once the hole is drilled.

l Cut removal hassles: Easy to remove, ideal for temporary anchoring. l Cut inspection hassles: No need to verify setting or installation torque, anchor is head-stamped with length for easy inspection. l Higher load capacity & vibration resistance: Threads along the length of the anchor transfer the load to the base material. Ratchet teeth on the bottom of the hex-washer head keep the anchor from loosening in vibratory conditions. l Specialized heat treating process: Creates superior surface hardness at the tip to facilitate cutting, while at the same time not compromising ductility within the anchor body. l Less spacing and edge distance required: The anchor does not exert expansion forces on the base material. l Easy post-installation inspection: The head is stamped with the manufacturers “≠” sign and the anchor length in inches. l Installs with 50% less torque: Testing shows that when compared with a major competitor, the Titen HD requires 50% less torque to be installed in concrete. The serrated teeth on the lead threads facilitate cutting, allowing the remainder of the threads to follow with very little friction. This enables the user to install the anchor using wrenches or cordless tools. l Hex washer head: Requires no separate washer and provides a clean installed appearance. l Removable: Ideal for temporary anchoring (e.g. formwork, bracing) or applications where fixtures may need to be moved. Re-use of the anchor to achieve listed load values is not recommended. l Made from carbon steel zinc plated. l Recommended for use in dry interior applications. l Ideal for anchoring racking, conveyers, and dock bumpers.
