AIR-LINE COUPLERS

APPLICATION Couplings incorporate valves in both the body and nipple halfs to prevent fluid loss when the coupling is disconnected. These couplings are normally referred to as ‘‘Hydraulic Couplings’’ but they are used extensively with other media where fluid loss on disconnect is objectionable. DOUBLE SHUT-OFF BRASS SLEEVE APPLICATION Lincoln Long Stem Series Couplings inter change with Lincoln’s ‘‘Long Stem’’ series couplings. Couplings feature a full open ing tubular cage for maximum flow and built-in sleeve guard to minimize acciden tal disconnect. Available only in 1/4’’ body size. The “Lincoln Long-Stem” design is the most easily identified design. The long 3/4” pilot is so distinctive it cannot be confused with the other designs. UNIVERSAL COUPLERS

One coupler fits: Tru-flate, ARO, or industrial interchange 1/4 nipples.

Used with standard or industrial interchange design nipples for: air, water and other low pressure fluid systems not exceeding 300 PSI. l Vent allows connection or disconnections at “zero” PSI. l Minimizes hazardous hose whip. l Valve sleeve allows air to be turned on and off with fingertips. l O-Ring seal assures bubble tight seal. l Built in sleeve-lok locks the valve sleeve to help prevent accidental disconnects. l Female pipe thread.
