INDUSTRIAL INTERCHANGE BRASS PUSH LOCK FEATURES Push-type design allows one hand con nection with the nipple, provided the cou pler half is rigidly mounted. Featured are solid brass coupler bodies with full open ing steel tubular valves that provide high air flow and 360° seal support. APPLICATION Push-Type Quick Couplings are designed for air, water and other low pressure fluid systems and are used throughout industry. Most common is the connection of air tools to the compressed air supplies. They are noted for their high flow capacity, reliabili ty, compact size and rugged design. INTERCHANGEABILITY Completely interchangeable with industrial interchange couplings and with similar “Industrial Interchange” couplings manu factured by Hansen, Foster, Dyna-Quip and others that conform to MILC-4109 dimensional specifications. FEATURES Couplings feature full-opening tubular valves for maximum flow while protecting and supporting the seal. A protective sleeve guard minimizes accidental discon nection. APPLICATION Tru-Flate Couplings are the original Tru Flate design that is widely accepted in the automotive aftermarket. They feature a large diameter nipple bore and wider seal ing area for longer valve seal life and improved flow rate. The most common application is the connection of air tools to compressed air supplies. INTERCHANGEABILITY Tru-Flate Couplers may be used only with Tru-Flate design nipples. This design is easily recognized because it has the shortest nipple pilot in the industry; however, it has the widest metal section between the ball groove and the pilot. In addition, the sealing surface on the end of the nipple is wider than other “interchange” designs. This design provides better seal ing characteristics and longer seal life. FEATURES ARO Series couplings feature tubular valve in a coupler body that interchanges only with ARO 210 design couplers and nipples. Couplings are available only in 1/4” body size. APPLICATIONS ARO 210 Quick couplings are designed for air, water & other low pressure fluid sys tems. This design is characteristic of the ARO 210 series, and requires a coupler of prop er matching design. Although similar in appearance to the “Industrial / Milton Interchange” design, it can be easily distin guished because its pilot is 1/8” longer and its ball groove is nearly round.
