RAWL LEGS™ ANCHORS

Anchors lightweight electrical fixtures, phones and accessories to wallboard without pre-drilling.

l Fast and easy installation and removal. l Steel zinc plated. l Once removed, anchor leaves a small slit in wallboard versus gaping holes left by other anchors. l Insertion of screw engages preformed tabs in each leg to expand outwards into base of material. l Use with No. 6 or 8 screw. l Pierce point for easy insertion. l Square flat head sits flush against surface.

Installation Procedures (Minimum screw length is 3/4” plus fixture thickness).

E-Z INSTALLATION

1. Place #2 phillips screwdriver into recess of E-Z Toggle. Press into drywall while turning the anchor clockwise until it is sealed flush with wall and arrows on head are parallel to stud. 2. Place fixture in position over installed E-Z Toggle. Insert screw and push through E-Z Toggle to engage clamp. 3. Continue turning screw until tight. The clamp will move back against the drywall as the screw is turned.

Place tip of anchor against face of wallboard and tap in with hammer until the flange is sealed flush against wall board.

Locate the fixture and insert a #6 or #8 sheet metal screw through the fixture hole into the installed anchor. Tighten the screw until the fixture is securely seated against the base material & the anchor is fully expanded.

To remove: Remove the screw and take down the fixture, then insert the screw into the anchor one turn. Pull on the screw to slide the anchor out of the slit in the face of the wall board.
