The safety story.

1. Wrap around steel tubing meets all car factory and SAE specifications. Continuous copper-fused double steel walls provide exceptional pressure resistance and safety, yet is easily bent to desired shape. 2. Extra heavy terne-plate (tin lead) coating provides maximum possible corrosion resistance. 3. Only Class “A” electronically tested steel tubing is used in OUR safety certified brake lines.

4. “Fusion-Brazed” for seamless leak-proof construction and great strength. 5. All brake lines have the longer inverted flare nut on one end to insure leak-proof connection in today’s dual braking master cylinders. Standard nut on other end. 6. SAE spec. double-flared for positive leak-proof sealing. 7. Used on cars, trucks, buses, tractors, trailers, farm and construction equipment for brake lines, engine tubes, oil lines, gas and filter lines.

HYDRAULIC BRAKE FITTING MEASUREMENT

l Adapters can be used to adapt standard steel brake lines to different size ports used in dual master cylinders, proportioning valves and junction blocks. l The tube O.D. is the outside diameter of the steel brake line. l Thread size can be determined by measuring with a U.S. or metric screw pitch gauge.

METRIC HYDRAULIC BRAKE FITTINGS

How to measure metric threads: Metric threads are measured and specified by the thread diameter in millimeters and the pitch in millimeters per thread. If dimension “A” is 22mm and dimension “B” (crest to crest distance) is 1.5mm, then the metric thread size is M22 x 1.5mm.
