Solderbond provides fast, easy and environmentally sealed connections without high costs or special tools. • Premeasured pieces of solder sized to fit the correct cable connectors. • Each slug is color coded to comply with industry battery terminal coding. • The only simple and cost efficient way to achieve the perfect termination. • Available in seven sizes from 4 ga. to 4/0 ga. • Use of Heavy Wall Heat Shrink Tubing, shown below, results in moisture-proof, corrosion proof, environmentally sealed connections that meet transportation industry requirements.

HEAVY WALL HEAT SHRINK TUBING

SIMPLE INSTALLATION:

Strip insulation to match terminal length. Step 1.

Step 2.

Place terminal in vise. Insert correct slug. Slide tubing over cable. Apply flux to cable and insert in terminal.

Supplied in ready to use 2” lengths, six per package.

Heat base of terminal while pressing down on cable. Cable will slide into terminal as slug melts.

Slide tubing over connection. Apply indirect heat. Allow to cool for the “Perfect Connection”.
