UNIBIT STEP DRILLS

Drill perfectly round holes of varying diameters in metal & plastics. TITANIUM NITRIDE COATING Extends drill life by 500%, and increases cutting rates by 50%. Titanium provides a superhead surface with high lubricity. • Enlarges holes quickly, saving time needed to change twist drill bits. • Automatic deburring action means smooth, round holes and perfect hole sizing, time after time. • Easy to sharpen, using ordinary grinding stone.

• Multiple hole sizes saves money, one bit can replace up to 13 different twist drills. • Self starting tip means no skidding of the bit, no need for center punching.

– Two Styles Available – Multi-Hole Style: Incorporates specially designed cutting steps, of progressively larger diameters, making it possible to drill up to as many as thirteen different hole sizes with a single bit. Single Hole Style: Allows you to drill 7/8” diameter holes in tight confined areas, with little effort. Works in spots regular length drill bits won’t fit.
