MEDIUM STRENGTH “WICKING GRADE” POROSITY SEALANT THREAD LOCK

• Outperforms tape and pipe dope. • Temp. range: -60°F to +300°F. • Pressure rating: 0 to 5000 psi. • Solvent resistance: water, diluted acids, alkalies (10%), ethylene glycol & petroleum lubricating oil.

Meets Requirements: MIL Spec.: MIL-S-46163 Ford Spec.: WSK-M2G351-A5 Type II, Grade N • Prevents galling and corrosion of threads. • Removable with hard tools. • For fasteners up to 3/4" dia. • Resistant to gasoline, antifreeze, transmission fluid and oil. Meets Requirements: MIL Spec.: MIL-S-46163 Ford Spec.: WSK-M2G351-A1 Type III, Grade R • Seals pinholes in welds, small cracks in metal hous ing & porosity in castings. • Thin consistency liquid wicks into threads. • Allows thread locking of in service devices.

• Resistant to solvents, oil, gasoline, diesel, grease & antifreeze. • Temp. range from -65°F to 300°F. • Replaces Loctite 290.

HIGH STRENGTH RETAINING COMPOUND

• The first threadlocker in a tape form. • No mess. no waste. • A must for every tool box. • Can be pre-applied for future assembly. • The same reliability & performance as Loctite ® Removable Grade Threadlocking liquids. • Color: Blue. • Just peel, wrap, tear & assemble. Number of wraps required is dependent upon the size of the fastener. For a typical 3/8” bolt, 2 to 3 wraps are good.

• Restores fit to worn areas up to .005". • Allows use and design of slip fit instead of press fit parts. • High viscosity.

TEFLON ® THREAD SEALING TAPE Seals & lubricates all pipe fittings, including joints of dissimilar materials. Use on air, steam, oxygen, hydraulic, gas and refrigerant lines. Seals permanently, yet easy to disassemble.
