QUICK FIX HOSE END FITTING

Step 4. With assembly in hand, squeeze forward ends of shells and push and twist RETAINING RING (D) over shells to its final position as shown by arrows.

Step 3. Insert FITTING (B) into groove and position shell (C) opposite SHELL (A).

Step 5. Insert BARB (E) into fitting. (Threaded end of barb should be greased.) Push and turn to start threads. Using a 5/16” hexagon key continue to push and turn until the barb is flush inside the fitting. NOTE: Check final assembly visually to insure that hose has not shifted position during assembly.
