FASTUBE INSTANT FITTINGS

A NEW CONCEPT IN BRASS COMPRESSION FITTINGS

A one piece, solid brass fitting. For nylon, plastic, and soft metal tubing. Just push tubing into the fitting for an instant connection and 100% seal. Save an average of 75% assembly time. Cuts downtime, labor and inventory. No special tools. Eliminates nuts, ferrules and trimming tubes. Repairs can be made without disassembly. Unique 3600 swivel feature makes tubing alignment, without kinking, easy. Permanent connection, yet reusable. Once tubing is locked into place, it stays there until you make a deliberate effort to disconnect.

Full flow. No inserts or tube support mechanisms to cause restrictions. Performance tested before packaging. You are assured of product performance. Vibration resistant. The tube is

sealed by O-ring, and mechanically held into place, making this fitting is an excellent choice for wherever vibration is a factor.

Pressure: To 300 PSI Assembly Notes: 1. Be sure tubing is cut square and is free of burrs. 2. Insert tubing into fitting until it bottoms. A slight twisting motion will ease the insertion. Pull on tubing to verify it is properly retained in the fitting. 3. To disassemble, simply push the release button against the body and remove tubing.
