ESTERCOOL™ OIL - R12 & R134a REFRIGERANT OIL

What type of oil is Estercool™? Estercool™ Oil is an all natural Ester oil with additives that will enhance its lubricating ability and improve system performance. An oil that has proven itself in test after test. Can Estercool™ Oil be used in an R12 system? Yes you can use Estercool™ Oil in any R12 mobile air conditioning system or when retrofitting to R134a. Does all the mineral oil have to be removed when retrofitting to R134a? No, remove as much mineral oil as possible using A/C Flush Solvent. Any mineral oil remaining in the system is fully compatible with Estercool™ Oil. Can Estercool™ Oil be used in systems containing PAG, mineral or paraffin oil? Yes, Estercool™ can be used in any R12 or R134a mobile A/C system. If a system contains PAG, mineral, or paraffin oil and needs additional oil, Estercool™ can be added to the system. Estercool™ Oil will mix with any mobile A/C oil including mineral, paraffin or PAG oil. Not having the right oil or too much inventory is not a problem when Estercool™ Oil is used. The dealer needs stock only one oil, Estercool™ Oil. Why should Estercool™ Oil be used in an R12 system? Estercool™ Oil is a superior lubricant and it’s ability to prevent corrosion, neutralize acid and encapsulate moisture enhances system performance. If during full R12 system service Estercool™ Oil is used in place of mineral oil, retrofit will be easier and less expensive at at later date because the correct lubricant is in the system. Does the dealer need to stock 30 different oils? No, Estercool™ Oil will replace all the other oils on the market for mobile A/C systems and provide superior performance.
